“The manager on board was fine and friendly The beds were very comfortable But that’s where it STOPS Trying to check out and make sure I had a physical or virtual receipt? Nope Trying to find a live, real person to help me? NO making sure I have proof of my 100$ deposit that they put on my card until checkout The man problem with this is when you come in there is a screen on a unit about as big as an ATM Right by the door It’s a live person (probably in India) that talks to you...

“The room resembled a crime scene with blood on the bed, what appeared to be vomit on the floor, among other bodily fluids. The smell was horrible. The door to the room was left wide open, as were the windows with no screens.”
